I'm an osteopath, 43, and I've run OsteoRise in West Hampstead for three years. I built MyNewClinic because I couldn't find software I actually wanted to use. My clinic runs on it every day.
Why I built it
The system we paid for was expensive, and it felt dated. Worse, it kept me stuck on admin: typing up notes late into the evening, chasing payments, answering the phone. All I really wanted was to be hands on with patients.
I looked for something better and couldn't find it. So I built it myself. I wanted it flexible enough to fit how we actually work, and genuinely safe with our patients' data. Not a system from the other side of the world with the UK bolted on afterwards, but something made here, for clinics like mine.
I run a clinic too
This is the part I care about most. Because I sit in the same chair as you, I know what actually slows a clinic down. And because I built it, I can change it.

What it does
Everything to run a clinic in one place: diary, online booking, notes, payments, reminders and a patient portal, for a flat £39 a month for the whole clinic, however many of you there are. Then the AI I really built it for: it can write your notes, answer your phone, and build exercise plans, so your day goes to patients, not paperwork. You still read and sign every note. That part is yours.
And your CPD
This one is personal. I was paying £31 a month to a CPD provider, attending some of it, forgetting to log in for the rest, and still typing my hours into a spreadsheet at the end of the year. So the system keeps the record for me now. Log what you already do, discuss a case with your own team or with practitioners at other clinics, and export the portfolio when you are asked for it. Ask the AI a clinical question while writing a note and it offers that back as CPD, because looking up evidence to inform your practice is exactly what the scheme means.
It never writes your reflection. That is the only part your regulator actually wants from you, and a reflection written by software is not a reflection.
The first 15 clinics get their first year free
Not a discount, and not a trial that quietly turns into a bill. I would rather have fifteen clinics using this and telling me what is wrong with it than fifteen invoices. The whole system, free for twelve months, and I will move your data over from Cliniko or Jane myself. You keep the old one running until you are happy.
Only the optional AI add-ons are charged, because those cost me money every time you use them.
