Who is MyNewClinic for?
UK musculoskeletal clinics of any size: osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors, sports therapists and massage therapists. Whether you're a solo practitioner or a multi-practitioner clinic, it's one flat price for the whole team.
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
No, and that's deliberate. The AI handles admin and drafts the paperwork: it writes a first draft of your notes, answers the phone, and surfaces relevant research. You review, edit and approve everything, and the clinical decision is always yours. It's there to give you time back, not to practise for you.
Does the AI operator act on its own?
Only if you let it, and only within limits you set. By default it proposes and you approve. Switch on autonomy and it will fill cancellations from your wait list, chase overdue invoices and send late-cancel fee links by itself — but money never moves without your confirmation, nothing is sent while patient messaging is paused, every action is logged, and you can turn any of it off in one click.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is hosted in the UK/EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by role-based access so staff only see what they should. AI features are off until you switch them on, and patient data only leaves your clinic when you do. Every change is recorded in a full audit log.
Can I import from Cliniko or Jane?
Yes. From Cliniko, one API key imports your patients, appointments and full treatment note history automatically. From Jane, a guided CSV importer with column mapping brings your patient list across. Most clinics are moved in under an hour.
Do patients need an app?
No. Everything works in the browser. Patients book online, sign in to the portal with a magic link, and manage appointments and receipts from any phone or computer. Nothing to download.
