Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MyNewClinic, you agree to these Terms of Service, a binding agreement between you and OsteoRise Limited ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MyNewClinic is practice-management software for healthcare clinics, online booking, scheduling, charting, invoicing, payments, reminders, a patient portal, and an optional AI assistant. It is intended for professional use by qualified practitioners and their staff.

AI-generated content is a draft aid only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any AI-assisted clinical note before it is finalised. The AI does not replace your clinical judgement.

You must be a registered healthcare professional, or their authorised staff, legally permitted to document patient care in your jurisdiction. You confirm you hold the relevant registrations (e.g. GOsC, GCC, HCPC) and have the lawful basis and any consents required to process your patients' data.

MyNewClinic is billed at a flat £39/month per clinic, with the AI Assistant included. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Optional add-ons are billed as described at sign-up.

Each clinic includes a fair-use allowance of 500 SMS per calendar month (covering appointment reminders, wait-list offers and manual messages to patients). We continue sending beyond the allowance at no extra charge and do not bill per message; we may contact you if sustained usage is well above the included allowance.

You may cancel any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Process patient data without a lawful basis or required consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying AI models
• Share login credentials or resell access
• Overload or attempt to circumvent service limits or security

You are the data controller for patient data processed through the service. We act as your data processor in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with UK GDPR and applicable healthcare data regulations.

You retain ownership of all clinical and clinic content you create using the service. We retain all rights to the platform, software and underlying technology, and grant you a limited licence to use it. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-assisted notes are drafts and may contain inaccuracies, you must review all content before clinical use. We accept no liability for clinical decisions made on the basis of unreviewed AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination your access ends; we retain clinical records only as required by law and then delete or anonymise them.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
